1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using Screen Snipper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our extension.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

Upon payment of the one-time fee, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use Screen Snipper. This license is subject to the following rules:

  • Device Limit: A single license key may be used on a maximum of 3 unique devices simultaneously. Attempting to bypass this limit will result in the suspension or revocation of your license key without refund.
  • Resale Prohibited: You may not sell, rent, lease, or sub-license your license key.
  • Lifetime Access: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Screen Snipper product. You will receive free updates as long as the product is actively maintained.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software and our one-time payment structure, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable. Please evaluate our features and compatibility before completing your purchase.

4. Software Provided "As Is"

Screen Snipper is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the extension will be bug-free, error-free, or function indefinitely without interruption, particularly as browser environments frequently update limits and APIs.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Screen Snipper or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the extension, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruptions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant material changes will be communicated to license holders.
